As a Test Engineer for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will ensure all NCRs are well captured through NCR process. Ensure all IQC cases are closed without impact on project OTD.

This position reports to

Senior Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

Ensuring all FQC documentation (checklist, pictures) in place. Taking ownership in assigned project FQC, timely feedback the findings and conclusionEnsuring proper factory testing with 100% OTD based on the planner request, testing report shall be provided within 3 days after testing doneTesting report to be of good quality. Ensuring there is no complaint after delivery with wrong wiring, wrong parameter, or other findings, the quality is well controlled in the factoryBeing responsible for well maintenance of personnel tools and equipment, together with supervisor/EHS officer for regular calibrationBeing good at daily Electrical Safety and Testing Bay ManagementEnsuring the 5S is in place in your working stationImplementing and supporting additional responsibilities as required by ManagementYour backgroundA bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in power system equipment maintenance and commissioningWilling to accept the challenge and self-learningTeam working, and willing to share the experienceGood communicator skill - Mandarin & EnglishAble to work independently and under pressureWillingness to work on-need basisEnglish CET-4 or above
